What is Creative Movement Hacking®?

CMH is the acronym of Creative Movement Hacking®, is a method created by Cora Gasparotti, that combines somatic and exploratory practices with immersive new technologies to transform the way you move, perceive your body, and communicate.

CMH expands your body awareness, stimulates creativity, and helps you develop an authentic, personal movement identity — bringing into the body what already exists in the mind.

Born from years of research and experimentation, the method adapts to those who work professionally with the body — dancers, actors and performers — and to anyone who wants to explore movement as a tool for wellbeing and expression.

CMH unfolds in modules

Sonified Proprioception Training

What if you could listen to your body as it moves?

Transform your movement into sound in real time to sharpen your body awareness.

VR Training

What if you could see your movement from a perspective you’ve never explored before?

Deepen your relationship with the surrounding space and discover new movement qualities through unprecedented points of view.

Augmented Creativity

What if artificial intelligence became your creative partner?

Experiment with new methods of choreographic composition supported by artificial intelligence.

More to come

CMH is not a closed method.

It evolves alongside new technologies and the discoveries that emerge from practice and research.

Programs

Dancers

You’re a dancer — whatever your level or technical background.
CMH uses new technologies to amplify what you already feel — the body in space, balance, dynamics, qualities — and channel it toward new creative, technical and expressive impulses.
The result is a journey that refines your technique and, at the same time, guides you toward an authentic search for your own movement identity.

Actors

The body is your primary tool.

CMH offers exploratory practices with new technologies to deepen your body awareness and sharpen your expressive abilities. You’ll work on your relationship with others and with the camera, on posture and its connection to the voice, and on a more conscious and functional approach to the scenic space.

People

You don’t need to be a movement professional to explore CMH.
This path is for anyone who wants to reconnect more consciously with their body — at work, at school, or simply in everyday life. Through new technologies, you’ll explore your authentic movement, work through physical and emotional blocks, and discover the communicative potential of the body in relation to others and to space.
